Overview

These terms apply to all orders placed on safestrap.co.uk with Safe Strap Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16235763, VAT number 518 2729 79.

Placing an order

Placing an order via the site is an offer to buy the products in your cart at the prices shown. We accept the order when we take payment. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until we do.

Pricing

All prices on the storefront are shown including VAT at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%), with the ex-VAT figure displayed beneath. VAT is itemised on the order confirmation and invoice.

Custom-printed products

Custom orders enter a PENDING_REVIEW state on payment. We review the artwork by hand within 1–2 working days. If we can't produce the design (unclear artwork, protected marks, etc.) we cancel the order and refund in full. Once we approve and start production, the order is non-refundable.

Delivery & risk

Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. Please inspect goods and report any damage within 48 hours.

Warranty

We warrant certified products for their rated working life under normal use. Damage from overloading, chemical exposure, cutting, or misuse is excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
