Ordering

Can I order without an account?
Yes — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you save designs, reorder, and see your order history.

What's the minimum order for custom straps?
20 straps. Between 20 and 49 there's a 10% surcharge plus £1 per strap for printing. From 50 straps, the surcharge drops off and printing is free.

Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes — fleet and haulage buyers can request a bespoke rate via our trade form.

Delivery

How much is shipping?
Parcelforce standard: £10 for 1–2 boxes, plus £5 for each additional box. Larger orders switch to DX pallet automatically. Free delivery on orders over £100 including VAT.

Do you ship outside the UK?
UK mainland only at launch.

Products

Are your straps certified?
Every certified strap carries a sewn-in EN 12195-2 label with its lashing capacity and batch. Certificates are downloadable from the product page.

Can I have my company name printed on the straps?
Yes — use the custom builder. We print onto our own webbing, so quality is under our control.
