Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you register, place an order, or contact us: name, email, phone, delivery address, billing address, and (via Stripe) the last four digits of your card. We do not store full card details.

Why we collect it

• To fulfil orders and communicate with you about them
• To send order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and (where you opt in) marketing
• To keep VAT records as required by HMRC
• To improve the site (aggregated analytics only — see the cookies policy)

Who we share it with

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Resend — for transactional email
• UploadThing — for artwork storage on custom orders
• Our fulfilment partner (GTF) — delivery address and order detail only, so they can pick, pack and ship your order

We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to VAT record-keeping requirements) by emailing sales@safestrap.co.uk.

Retention

We keep order records for 7 years to meet HMRC requirements. Account information is retained until you ask us to delete it.
