Returns

Standard products

You can return unused standard products within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Once the goods are back with us and inspected, we refund the item cost via the original payment method within 5 working days.

To start a return, contact sales@safestrap.co.uk with your order number.

Custom-printed straps

Custom-printed straps are non-refundable once production has begun. This is confirmed with a checkbox at checkout. If you need to cancel after order but before we start production, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to refund the print charge.

Faulty or damaged goods

If a product arrives damaged, or fails within its warranty period, contact us with photos and your order number. We'll either replace the item or refund it in full at our discretion.
